Black Stack

Privacy policy

Last updated October 8, 2026

Black Stack ("we") runs a dispatch program that sends hauling orders to the drivers and trucking companies that haul for us. This policy says what we collect for it, what we do with it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

How we use it

What we do not do

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell, rent or trade your phone number or your messages.

The only companies that handle your number on our behalf are the service providers that carry the texts (our messaging platform and the mobile carriers). They handle it only to deliver the messages, and only under our instructions.

We disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our drivers or our customers.

Keeping it

We keep the texts and the consent record for as long as your company hauls for us and for the time our business records require afterward. We protect it with the same care as the rest of our business records: sign-ins for our office staff, encrypted connections, and backups.
